I was laid off over 2 years ago. I am not eligable for unemployment pay and have no savings left. I just turned 60 so I am too young to retire. I have filled out many applications and gone on interviews and no matter how well I think it went I still don't hear back from anyone, and they won't return my calls. I have no family left to turn to and friends can't help me anymore. The church I go to has had to cut me off because their donations have gone way down. I have to turn to strangers for help. I have only $10 and some change left in my checking account. If there is anyone out there who could help me with some rent money, $500, it would be such a blessing and give me some time to figure out what I am going to do. I am single, never married and have no one left to turn to. Please help if you can. Any amount would be so appreciated. Thank you!
