Hello everyone,
I am exploring the PgMP® (Program Management Professional) certification and reviewing training options like SterlingNext while understanding its value.
This certification seems focused on managing multiple related projects as a program, which is quite different from traditional project management.
Before I move forward, I wanted to ask the community:
Is PgMP® really useful for advancing into senior program management roles?
How difficult is it compared to PMP?
If anyone has experience with it, your insights would be very helpful.
Thank you.
