If any of you understand the EB3 visa bulletin, please explain to me how you do it. I don't understand at all what website I need to go to and where I need to look. I didn't think it would be so difficult for me to understand it, so I only hope for your help.

Did you apply for the other workers category? As far as I know, you need to go to the US Department of State website, find the current month and the column with information about other workers EB3 visa. And there you will see the date you need. You can also read about how to read the EB-3 Visa Bulletin on the eb3.work website. I also saw a tab on their website that they still independently publish the current priority dates from the visa bulletin every month. So if you have a hard time figuring out how to view these dates yourself, you can use their website.
