Where to find the departure board at Lisbon Airport
#1
The situation is as follows: I’m arriving from Madrid, and three hours later I’ll be catching my next flight, which I booked separately. I’ll need to leave the arrivals area, find out which departure gate my next flight is from, and make my way to the correct gate. I’m a little worried because, in unfamiliar terminals, the information boards are sometimes hard to find, and the information can be slow to update. Where exactly in the arrivals hall are the largest information screens located?

My second flight is with the low-cost carrier Ryanair. I’ve read that this airline may operate out of a separate terminal. Does the general departure board show the terminal number—T1 or T2? And if it turns out that I need to go to a different terminal, will I have enough time to figure it out and catch the inter-terminal shuttle?

Information screens are located throughout the terminal, so you’ll have no trouble finding them. The main large display is in the center of the main hall, right after you exit the baggage claim area. So you definitely won’t miss it. The screens show the check-in counter number, designated gate, and terminal number for each flight. You can find all this information on the Official website of Lisbon Airport . Please note: all Ryanair flights depart exclusively from Terminal 2. To get there, you’ll need to exit Terminal 1 onto the street and take the free shuttle bus, which runs every 10 minutes. What time are you scheduled to arrive?
