Chicago Sky Call Crystal Robinson to Mentoring Staff

CHICAGO The Chicago Sky have worked with Crystal Robinson as assistant train under Head Train Teresa Weatherspoon, the team announced today.  "Assistant Coach Robinson will certainly be an exceptional addition to the Skies mentoring personnel," Chicago Sky Head Coach Teresa Weatherspoon claimed.  "Crystal brings substantial WNBA coaching and playing experience to the Skies, and I am enjoyed rejoin with her to uphold a gaining society in Chicago. "With over a years of coaching experience, Robinson concerns Chicago after working as assistant train with Phoenix metro, then previously with Washington, Seattle where she won a WNBA Championship with the Storm and Dallas Marine Johannes Jersey.  Her coaching experience additionally includes roles at McAlester Secondary school in her hometown of Oklahoma, where she guided the Girl Buffaloes to a 5A Oklahoma State title in her only period at the helm.  She after that became head train Murray State University, where she sealed a 79-37 overall training document with the Lady.  Aggies.  Robinson then joined the training team at Utah State and TCU prior to ultimately returning back to the WNBA to train with Seattle.  Prior to her training profession, she had a standout collegiate profession at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Okla.  She was named a three-time NAIA First-Team All-American, NAIA Women's Basketball National Gamer of the Year, led the country in scoring and presently holds the title for the program's all-time leader in points, rebounds, assists and steals.  After investing the following two years in the ABL with the Colorado Xplosion, the Oklahoma citizen was picked sixth total in the 1999 WNBA Draft by New York.  She invested seven seasons with the Liberty, helping lead them to 3 WNBA Finals appearances before signing with Washington https://www.storenyliberty.com/collectio...vis-jersey.  She invested 2 seasons with the Mystics before retiring in 2007 to become an assistant coach with the group.
