Need to graduate from college and move into an apartment

I've been working throughout college to make sure I didn't owe anything, but I still owe the university $900, which means I can't graduate. I need to move off-campus into an apartment, which altogether costs about $2000 for a UHAUL, application fees, security deposit, and first month's rent.
