We've recently ran into some financial hardships. My bank account was hacked into and all our money was taken. Our car caught on fire and our insurance didn't cover comprehensive. My husband lost his job. Also, as of the end of the month, we're losing our health insurance coverage. I'm working, but it's only minimum wage. We're not making enough to cover all these costs and unexpected expenses. Last thing we wanted to do was ask strangers for money, but we really don't know where else to turn to. Especially, when the government won't or can't help.
