Hi everyone,
Pushing past feelings of shame to do this, but my family is in need. We are struggling financially with debt since covid interrupted our income and lives. My partner was out of work for several weeks with covid, and we could barely afford child care for home schooling when we both were working. We are asking for $2000 to catch up and be able to pay the bills so that we can keep our adopted child in a diverse school district. We work in social work and special education, which just doesn’t pay. Looking for a way out of this mess. Any help is appreciated… this is difficult to post. Thank you and stay safe.
