I've used it for a couple years, and sometimes I forget to use it before I fill up, or sometimes the gas station I'm at doesn't participate. I try o get in the habit of checking the app before I drive to a gas station to make sure I find one that participates, and the money adds up. I usually get paid with PayPal, and it requires $15 balance before it let's you cash out, otherwise it takes a dollar. So if you've only saved up $10, but want to cash out today, it will only give you $9, instead of the $10 you've earned.
So it's like a little savings account, and every once in a while, I get a free $15.
