Just over a year ago I was brutally sliced across the face with a knife in an unprovoked attack (just missing my eyes and throat) leaving me with nerve damage anxiety loss of feeling and courage, I also received a knife to the back of the head, all in all I have over sixty stitches on my face and ten staples in my head from surgery ,after the attack I lost my job and my my flat and all my savings, What's more I am now in debt and now a year down the line I am still spiralling as I have not fully recovered still (financially and mentally) I have applied for compensation many times but have been point blank refused, so I find myself begging for money, Please please make a donation to me anything will mean more than you think! I saw a Double Board Certified ENT/Plastic Surgeon due to constant sinus infections as well as breathing issues. I had a septoplasty done in December of 2011 which helped for a while and then the symptoms worsened. In my consultation, I was told my nose deviated 90% to the left which was the reason for my constant infections. I had also been saving for years to have the outside of my nose fixed as I always disliked how it looked. 

 I prepaid in full 10 days prior to surgery. My surgery was scheduled for October 16th. I was told everything went great and I had a great result. At my post-op I had found a large bump right in between my eyebrows. I went in and the doctor said it was a bone spicule. I went in November, December, and January for him to check the spicule. Finally on March 28th, 2016 I was brought in for an excision through the nostril and revision.

After that appointment, I developed, what the doctor called a "pseudocyst." From 5/24/16 to 1/28/19 I was injected 17 times with a liquid to bond the cyst together and 3 times with a liquid to remove varicose veins. He also went in through my nostril 2 more times to remove the "cyst." After each excision through the nostril the “cyst” would come back 2-3 days later. 

The doctor refused to cut out the cyst because he said I was "too pretty for a scar." This raised suspicion as to why he insisted on injecting me and not listening to me beg him to cut the "cyst" out multiple times.
 
In May of 2019, I was finally able to see another doctor for a consult as to what this was. The 2nd doctor brought me back the following week for the procedure. He cut open my nose only to discover there was no cyst anywhere, it was more cartilage that the first doctor had failed to remove. He gave me a mirror and showed me exactly what it was and where it was. He removed it without problems.

When I received my chart notes to give the 2nd doctor I discovered the 1st doctor had diagnosed me with a "malignant neoplasm, cutaneous abcess of the face." I was horrified when I saw that and now even more scared of what else he wasn't telling me. I asked for my entire chart records which included my account history. When I received my account history I saw that the doctor had written off my entire account due to "hardship." There were no traces of my account payments anywhere in my account or chart. 

The first doctor has refused my refund request multiple times so now I am left in a very tough situation physically and emotionally.

I now require a medical expert witness, along with a lawyer to advocate on my behalf. The lowest case I have found is $2500. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I trusted this doctor and was betrayed. Doctors shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. 

I'm currently working for nearly minimum wage. I sleep on the ground at jw clay station in charlotte. I'm trying to raise 300 for food and living costs. My transportation tickets as well as the cost of living has put me in a rut. Anything towards my goal would help. IBM tired of spending nights with the rats and roaches. I'm looking for a better job/other work but it can come soon enough... anything until it does will be a huge help. Thanks for listening...

Anxiety. I work with the elderly full time as a caregiver, a part time job (No. Days. Off) and a full time single mother to a child with major ODD/ADHD. Happily, I do this everyday advocating for mental health & our elderly generation. But it’s just not enough to sustain or even grow in my personal life. It amazes me the most rewarding in demand careers can be so under paid, yet my heart will not allow me to leave the sides of our seniors in this assisted living and memory care community. [/font][/font]

[font=.SF UI Text][font=.SFUIText]Being an adult going through life battles just like everyone else or even a single parent to a child that’s not the “cookie cutter child” isn’t my issue. What gets me is after spending the last 8 years researching and taking time out to make sure my vibrant daughter didn’t get losses behind this “label” of having ODD/ADHD & behavioral issues due to abuse in the hands of a trusted paid care provider I find my self drowning in miscellaneous debt from the expensive cost of counselors, specialists and medicine. If that wasn’t enough I have seniors I have grown so attached to NEEDING things to have the decent quality of life we all deserve from hygiene products to supplies to keep them stimulated and having that feeling of purpose, I just from my heart give and give - or charge and charge I should say. [/font][/font]

My daughter deserves her own room and our own living space for just us and for me to further my education for the betterment of our future. With high hopes I set out to place deposits down on apartments just for denials or request of higher deposits I just don’t have. The courses for Alzheimer’s & Dementia training would help me advance so far into this industry, but if I can’t even get an apartment how can I afford classes. [/font][/font]

If cashing in Karma points was a thing I would be spending those, but right now I could really use support and assistance from the community of individuals out there on platforms like this. Recently tried to get my life together so I got a vehicle, rented a house, and have been searching for jobs since. No luck :everything coming up.
