Hi everyone,
I’m Alex and I’m trying to grow a small side project around second hand clothes online. I’m not a big company or anything, just one person who enjoys finding good pre-loved jackets, sweatshirts and T‑shirts and passing them on at fair prices.
Right now I’m struggling a bit with getting regular sales and I’m also dealing with rising costs (shipping, packaging, and just everyday bills). I’m not here to beg for money directly, but I would really appreciate any practical ideas from people who’ve been in a similar situation.
If you’ve ever run a small online shop or tried selling used items to make ends meet, how did you get your first consistent customers? Did you use social media, forums, or specific marketplaces that actually worked? Any advice, tips or even small encouragement would mean a lot to me right now.
