Dear kind and compassionate friends,
My name is Uthpala, and today I write this message with a heart full of fear but also hope. I never imagined I would have to ask for help in this way, but life has brought me to a place where I cannot do this alone.
I have been diagnosed with a serious condition in my womb that requires urgent surgery. This illness has not only affected my health but also my dreams and my ability to live a normal life. I dream of becoming a "a loving mother one day," but right now, those dreams feel so far away.
The pain and fear I experience every day have made even the simplest things difficult. Despite all this, I try to stay strong and believe that better days are ahead. However, the cost of the surgery is far beyond what I or my family can afford. We have tried every possible way borrowing, saving, and asking for local help but it is still not enough.
This is why I am reaching out to you, kind souls. I am humbly asking for your support to help me get this life-saving surgery. Even the smallest donation can make a big difference in my journey toward recovery. Your generosity will not only help me heal physically but also give me hope to continue fighting for my future.
