Trying to avoid homelessness and rebuilding

My name is Sonya  Bevill, and I urgently need assistance with housing and transportation. I moved from Buffalo, NY, to Henry County, Georgia, in September 2024 to help a friend with her children while she completed her Ph.D. I lost my job and vehicle due to medical issues, and most of my belongings were destroyed in a flood, back in NY. Though I have 20+ years in property management and now work as a building substitute teacher while pursuing my degree in secondary education, I’m struggling without stable housing or reliable transportation. My temporary living situation has ended, and I’m now at risk of homelessness. I’m not asking for a handout, but a hand up, to continue working, studying, and rebuilding. Any support is deeply appreciated.
