MTF Trans and NB couple on the verge of homelessness and starving

I'm Stephanie (Stevie) I have been transitioning for over 10 years. I moved from Texas to Oklahoma to be with my partner because they are the love of my life. Long story short the area is very poor. Jobs are extremely scarce. We no longer qualify for SNAP because the MAGA administration has made it too difficult to qualify for. I've had a job for a year and a half, but they only give me 1 part time shift a week. When I call HR nobody ever answers.Pretty sure it's just discrimination based on my appearance because I'm a very hard worker and deserve better. I can't find a second job. I don't have transportation. Asking for a ride anywhere is extremely stressful. My partners mother is verbally abusive to both of us, which really bothers me because the mother is white but my partner is half native American. Their tribe even refuses to help. My family basically disowned me because I'm transgender. I'm at my wits end. The only way to have a better life and not put up with daily abuse is to leave but we have no money ? 
If anyone could help us out I would be infinitely greatful ?? This is 100% serious I can provide text messages as proof of abuse, audio etc. We even offered to be her caregiver to help bring money into the house but she's too stubborn. She just wants us to leave. We just don't want to die on the street because she's slightly bothered by our presence (unless we have (SNAP) Then she lets us stay and treats us like garbage. Calls us "losers" even though we're nice to her. I just want to leave it would be the best revenge.
