Need help before March 1st please

We have a two year old son and a daughter due in May. We are trying to buy a house and have most of the money for the down payment and need about $6,000 more to secure the house for us or they could move on to someone else. It's not a big house but it's perfect for our family. We want to raise our kids and grow together there. I know this is a lot to ask but please help us fulfill our dream!    Thank you!
