we are in dire need of help. I work construction and due to rain have not been able to work to pay my water bill and it was shut off today 8/18/16. we have 4 children aging from 1yr5mths to 13yrs and really need water on. our bill was just this months due but our water company don't extend it a extra month. ontop of that the $90 now has added $54 in fees so the added over half in fees then the actual bill.
