Need some help to pay utility bills

Hello. I kinda had to skip last month's utility bills for a few weeks to fix some unfortunate damages on my laptop. I need my laptop for my final studies at uni. I am a temporarily unemployed student from Sri Lanka. I thought I could come up with the money on time with help of my side hustles but unfortunately, I couldn't.
