Just need a little help to get my meds

I work as a caregiver and they cut overtime and was diagnosed a few days ago with early diabetes and they want to put me on medication but i can't afford it this pay. I am looking for a better paying job or at least a second job but money is tight right now and i can't birrow from family because none of them have it and I'm in debt right now so can't get a loan. If anyone is able and willing to help i can definitely pay it back over a couple pays allowing for me to get meds again next time. I need about $200 because i have to pay for a monitor and after that it will be way down so can afford next month's meds plus payback. Figured if no one helps at least it was worth a try to get help. Hello! I'm recently diagnosed diabetic and have to take sugar pills and metformin. I'm even further in debt right now because I've still not found a second or better full time job and am behind on bills as well. I'm jist so drained and don't know what else to do in the meantime. I even posted around trying to find odd jobs but have had zero luck so far. I just want to stay afloat in the meantime. I just dont know what else to do at this point.
