I need help rebuilding.

I am 39yrs old and from Warner Robins GA. On June 3, 2021 my house was burned down by someone who was considered to be a good friend. Turns out he was no friend at all. We lost everything. Now we are struggling day by day and living in a camper in our backyard. But we don't have running water, there was a busted pipe which caused the bil to run up to $385 and to get power turned on we have got to get new lines ran and a power pole and that's going to cost around $450-$500. I am asking help with getting the money to get the  water and lights on again so we can finally start saving up for rebuilding our house. I've had to start over again with nothing. It's hard but I know it can be done. I just need a little help. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
