This is my second post asking for help! Please, I have a huge power bill and it's getting ready to be disconnected in 5 days! I have tried getting help locally but no one has funds and I have no way to pay it right now. I am disabled and my wife works but she has a kidney stone and can't work at the moment and we have no one that will help us.
