Need help badly, car is dying bills unpaid.

Hello everyone. I hate doing this but thanks to covid both I and my gf have lost our jobs, unemployment has run out our car needs repairs and our phone bill water bill and power bill are overdue. I am working odd jobs when I can find them but my girlfriend is a legal resident from Germany whose green card has expired because we couldn't afford to renew it so she can't legally work. We are dealing with the legal fees to get her card renewed as well. Any help would be massively appreciated. My name is Justin and my gf is Sophie btw. Thank you if you can help us or not.
