Urgent food money

I have been on sick leave for more then 6 months now , and my sick pay comes from the government , and they were always late but i could handle it , since last month they didn't pay , due to delays . and last two weeks before today i have been on nothing but bread and water . and now i literally got nothing . so i am asking for some food money , even 10-20$ would buy me 2-4 days .

by which time hopefully the delay will be over , i got bills and lots of other things , but only food is truly urgent , i feel lightheaded all day . i only have a working paypal

i am from serbia , literally anything would help
