I am 42 and took care of my mother last 15 years she passed jan 2022 since then I had been fired from my job for taking of for a week when she died and in turn I ended up losing my electricity and water my landlord is about to evict me cause my rent was due the 3rd. And about to get my car taken cause I'm late by 2 weeks I just need any help anyone would be kind enough to give me I've never been in this kind of situation I do have a full time job now but won't get first paycheck for another week and I'd be so very thankful and appreciative for any help given. Not sure how to do this as this is the first time I have had to post something like this. I am struggling financially at the moment after losing my job a few months ago, I got majorly behind on bills. I have tried everything I can to get money and try to pay them off but I'm getting nowhere fast and it's starting to affect me daily now. hello I need help please. I just lost my mother who I took care of the last 15 years. I have a job but since my mother passed I've had my electricity shut off currently and my water as well my car payment was due on May 27th and my rent is due June 3rd to get my electricity and water turned n ed b back v on cost 650$ I need help with my rent n car payment also witch total 1000$ 2 days after buying my car I was c fires from my job it took me about a month to find a new job but am about to lose everything cause of it idk what to do I just started my job 3 days ago they are getting ready to take my car back and my landlord has filed eviction papers but said if I can get current on it he will let n e stay. I only owe for current months rent of 700$ I have no family and or friends as I keep to myself and goto work n home but I have no utilities to shower or clean cloths for worker any for that matter I am so lost right now if I lose my car n apartment I will lose everything I have left of my n other and be homeless and heartbroken if I'm not already heartbroken. He was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer the previous year, so we were expecting it, but it still devastated us. All 3 of our children are under the age of 10. I am a service connected Disabled Veteran currently working as an English teacher at a Japanese school. Two months ago, I injured my foot and a week and a half back I started having painful clicking in both my knees. I've traveled to several hospitals and clinics in Japan where the doctors were unhelpful and said that nothing was wrong.
It was when I got in touch with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) who work at the Yokosuka US Naval Base where I was put in touch with an officer who gave me two options. The first was to go to an international hospital in Tokyo called St. Luke's, and the second would be to fly to the main VA hospital in Hawaii. Opting for the first choice, I went to St. Luke's hospital and the doctor there told me that I had fractured three toes which new bone is growing allowing my foot not to heal properly. As for my knees, there was nothing much the doctor told me, nor did he give me any medication, or suggestive therapy.
My next option now would be to fly to the main VA hospital in Hawaii of which I do not have the money to travel to due to me spending it on the other hospitals and clinics including the travel to those places. There is a VA hospital in Guam, and one in Philippines. However, according to the VFW officer, he told me that those two places are lacking in resources and would require appointments and wait times. With all due respect, I humbly ask for funding for my travel expenses and accommodations to visit the VA hospital in Hawaii. Kind regards.

I just started a new job this week that pays bi-weekly
. My live in boyfriend who is an alcoholic decided to pack his bags and leave me and my children without any food in the house because he never went to grocery store and on top of that left the day before rent is due. Not only did he move out but he punched the windshield to my car and cracked it. He knows that I have no money right now and just started my new job but his exact words was that it’s not his problem and he doesn’t give a F*c*. My children are minors and I have been doing all I can to help try and make some money to feed them and to keep roof over our head. My parents are gone so I am not able to get help.
He told me he doesn’t care if me and my children are sleeping in the car in the heat because he doesn’t like us and we arent his problem. I informed him that my children had to eat crackers for dinner Because what little change I had was to put in my car for gas to get to work so I can make things get better. He said it must suck for you and them because he’s feeding his girls while I told him this. If I don’t have rent by the 5th we will be sleeping in my car in the summer heat. I’ve tried to door dash and Uber but they aren’t accepting any new drivers in my area. I’m desperate right now and don’t want my kids to be homeless. Please help. 2500 is all for rent and groceries.
