As the title suggests I am a student and I am overloaded with debt in my attempts to finish my program as a nurse. I have a mountain of student loan debt, my credit card bills are rising and I feel completely trapped and overwhelmed. I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm so close to finishing my program but at what cost to my finances and my sanity? On top of everything my dad has recently been diagnosed with a rare cancer and my mom cannot work as she needs to take care of him, so my parents are already stretched really thin. I try to help them as much as I can but I haven't been able to help them lately. I just don't know what to do anymore or where to go. I have a full time job while going to school full time but it's barely enough to scrape by with let alone get a jump on this debt.

I am a nurse, I do not do drugs, I am currently trying to untainted employment but am having trouble due to a year gap in employment. I have been out of work for a year due to my father having cancer and needing constant care. He had no assets and was not able to qualify for Medicare in time to have him admitted to a facility. He passed away. I lost my job, my insurance and my health caring for him and stressing about my life and his. Then I lost him and I am finally coming out of a depression... only to realize that my once beautiful smile is unrecognizable due to my lack of self care during this time. I honestly just need help getting the large some of 4500 together at one time in order to have partials made and to keep my front teeth from having to be extracted. I’m willing to pay anyone back on payments if that would help. Thank you for even reading this if you have gotten this far, I have no one and could use help and/or encouragement. I have always been self sufficient, I put myself through school, worked everyday while doing it and paid my student debt off every way I could. I am genuinely and honestly just in a situation where I am either going to be unable to fix my teeth and lose them, have emergency surgery due to a serious infection or have them fall out on my own and deal with pain. 


I hate begging, so I’m not going to do that. I am asking for someone to give me a chance to keep my confidence and let me pay them back. I would be willing to discuss any kind of repayment plan. Again, thank you for reading. All my love.

Hi, 10 months ago an old friend got in touch with me and asked for some money to help him get in a hostel for the night as he was homeless. Being someone who tries to help whoever he can, I lent him the money. Over the next 6 months, he kept asking for more so that he could get a deposit and 3 months rent on various houses/flats but each time the landlord ended up kicking him out and didn't give the deposit back. 
I was at a stage where I couldn't really afford to lend him anymore money, but at the same time, I didn't want to give up on my friend as all the previous money would have just been for nothing if he ended up back on the streets.
I've ended up getting a huge loan, maxing out my credit card, I'm at the limit of my overdraft and I owe my brother money too.
It's gotten to a point where I can no longer help my friend and now I'm struggling to survive each month due to all this debt, if it keeps going I may end up losing my car and house which I've worked so hard for.
I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to help me out of this situation?
Ideally I need £32000 to pay off all my debt and to be able to help my friend out so he's not got this huge sum of money looming over his head that he owes me, plus it means I'll be in a position to be able to help him off the streets.
Is there any way anyone could help me? Even if it's not the full amount, any amount would be greatly appreciated.

My children deserve a christmas that is great and I am unsure I can give that to them, they have been through a year of hell and it is all at the hands of the man who tried to kill me in front of them and succeeded a year later.         Hello everyone Im here because as of the past month My family and I have fell on really hard times. I have been having my grandmother stay with me when she fell ill. Almost two weeks ago My child found her on bathroom floor. We rushed her to ER where from there she was flown to Madison Wisconsin. She lost a little over 2 pints over blood while on the way. Stayed in Madison for a week and half. Come to find out she has been sick for a very long time. She has stage 3 cervical cancer, it has spread into her intestines, and part of her right lung. We also found out she lost all function to left kidney. She has been going through chemo and intense radiation treatment since leaving Madison. I have been trying to keep high spirits but her health is dwindling. I came home the other day to find that if our rent was not paid in full by end of month my children grandmother and myself will face eviction. Yesterday to make matters worse my car started stalling and shutting down after taking her to treatment. It had started back up to only shut down again blocks from our home. Now this morning it was refusing to start at all. I wait til afternoon and finally got it back running to take it to have a look at. pulling on to highway it stalled again but started back up. got into mechanics parking lot to were it once again shut down. there are 4 parts that are fauilty. I really need help, We have noone to turn to as we only have each other. I have proof of all of this that is hap pening! Any help would be greatly apprciated!!

Hi there, I recently came up short on my bills this month. I could barely afford my co so upeand I have nothing to give to my landlord for rent. John is banging nails at 68 years old living with Neuropathy, a disease that is damage to nerves - where he has trouble walking, tingling/numbness, can’t sleep because of the pain, loses his balance, affects his joints… and much more. His is NOT caused by Diabetes. And at night he gets so upset as he can’t do things anymore he says… And all because he needs to pay the mortgage. He always says “I’ll figure something out”.

It's heartbreaking.

Why should anyone care? Everyone struggles right? There are worse off people for sure right?

John is different…  And to do something to give back to him as he now struggles daily with the little things we take for granted like balance and pain management. So that maybe it will help is retirement years a little easier knowing some of his medical is paid for. A way to say THANK YOU and that life does reward those that help others when in need.

Let me tell you…
John is different. He has seriously put everyone first in his life and now he struggles with this disease and to pay for his needs. He is in the financial position because he has given everything to everyone else without asking for anything in return. He would give you, a stranger, double of what they have in their pockets. And seriously would give his liver if he could. He actually tried for his brother-in-law…

John is the type when his mother-in-law passed and he was selling their house, a young couple moved in. He gave them a handful of cash on selling day and said you need it more than me - good luck! He is the type who will do work for free to help a friend. He will also spend his Sunday cooking hundreds of meatballs to give out to family, coworkers, and friends. And when he plays the lotto, he always says, if he wins then his friends & family will not have to worry about money.  Over the years he has put a roof over not only their 3 kids heads, their families when in need, but over the years when people needed a place to stay - they called John - aunts, nephews, cousins, grandkids, friends and more.  He took care of his aging parents and in laws, day in and day out, and funded for any additional care they needed.

He hosts holidays to the extreme, even if he had no money in his pocket, just to keep the family together and having holiday experiences like no other. And if you don’t have a place to go, even if you are not family, you go to John’s because NO ONE spends the holidays alone if you know him!  He is the glue of the family and friends.

I know its unorthodox - why him? Why is he different? If you met him, you would get it. And some good people just deserve a break.

My boyfriend recently walked out on us. A-hole. I know. But he helped with the bills, rent, school, food. Now that we’re on our own, it’s been harder. My son has always been my ray of sunshine. God knows I’ll do anything for him. I’m a little behind on rent. $500 to be exact from $1200. My rent is due on the 20th of November so it’s coming really close. I pray to god to touch one of your hearts to please help me. This is the only stress I have right now.
