Is There a PC & Android Hybrid Game?

Hi everyone,

I came across the PC & Android hybrid game version of PvZ and wanted to know if it’s truly cross-platform. Can you play the same save files on both PC and Android, or are they separate? 

Also, how smooth is the gameplay on each platform? If you’ve tried it, I’d appreciate your feedback on performance and features.
